Resumen
Introducción: El Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología-
Paraguay, en su libro blanco, considera como modelo de
vinculación inicialmente el Triángulo de Sábato, sin embargo,
en Paraguay se evidencia escasa vinculación entre el Estado,
el sector productivo empresarial y las universidades.
Objetivo: identificar las innovaciones desarrolladas por los
emprendedores al realizar las distintas actividades de
vinculación en la universidad, medir el nivel de percepción de
estos para detectar necesidades sobre las acciones
universitarias y el sentido de pertenencia en las redes de
colaboración. Método: el cuestionario, estructurado en 21
preguntas cerradas y aplicado a emprendedores de la ciudad
de Encarnación. Resultados: se formaron dos grupos, en la
primera actividad participaron 8 emprendedores con
vinculación (estudiantes y egresados); y la segunda actividad
estuvo conformada por 7 emprendedores sin vinculación
(empresas externas). Conclusión: las actividades permitieron
adherirse a redes de contacto universitarios, pero los
emprendedores externos no han tenido la misma intención. La
medición de las acciones realizadas durante el proyecto
reafirma la necesidad de definir estructuras claras, políticas
de vinculación y sistema de monitoreo con retroalimentación
que permita mejorar las acciones de vinculación.

Technology-Paraguay, in its white paper, initially considers
the Sabato Triangle as a linkage model. However, in Paraguay,
there is limited linkage between the state, the business
sector, and universities.
