Resumen
Introducción: esta investigación se desarrolla a partir del
resultado artístico-literario realizado por los artistas
aficionados de la FEU. La estrategia es presentada como un
resultado teórico-práctico para la gestión en el nivel base del
Movimiento de Artistas Aficionados de la FEU, en la
Universidad de Pinar del Río y está encaminada a implementar
el modelo para perfeccionar la gestión de este movimiento
cultural universitario. Objetivo: diseñar una estrategia que
respondiera las necesidades y demandas socioculturales de la
comunidad universitaria. Método: se realiza a partir del
enfoque dialéctico-materialista, con el empleo de diferentes
métodos teóricos y empíricos, así como técnicas de la
estadística descriptiva. Resultados: se precisaron las
carencias principales para la gestión de este movimiento
cultural universitario y se diseñó una estrategia para el nivel
base, por ser el que mayores necesidades demandó. Quedó
conformada por etapas y cada una cuenta con su objetivo,
características, acciones estratégicas, formas de evaluación,
indicadores y responsables de su realización. Conclusión: se
perfeccionó la gestión del proceso, donde se capacitó a los
grupos gestores y se contribuyó a elevar el gusto estético de
la comunidad universitaria, manifestándose un cambio en el
nivel apreciativo de los profesionales en formación.

Abstract
Introduction: this research was carried out from the artistic
and literary accolades received by the amateur artists of the
University Students Federation. This strategy is presented as a
theoretical-practical result for the organization at the core
level of the FEU Amateur Artists’ Crusade at the University of
Pinar del Río. It is aimed at implementing a model to improve
the organization of this cultural movement.
