Information and Communication Technologies for Smart quality management in tourism

Introduction: Tourism today faces great challenges due to different aspects such as economic, social and ecological. In addition, less developed countries are at a disadvantage compared to more developed countries in the arduous task of obtaining quality products. Nevertheless, the quality in the tourist sector is a fundamental factor to compete for a better tourist product and to reduce the breach among countries in different development levels. Objective: to develop an intelligent computer system for the administration of models of quality in the tourist sector. Method: in the present work, we used tools of natural language processing to process the data of the quality models, this tool provided learning, agility and organization for the work of the specialists in charge of the process of quality. Results: a computer software that natural language processing uses for the analysis of the models of quality. Conclusion: The presented software will serve like an agile tool for the taking of the specialists of quality decisions since will be able to organize its work better.
