Abstract

Planning is to determine the objectives of the institution, the criteria for using the resources, the projection of short, mid and long-termed actions which allow reaching the goals of the institution. One of the dimensions of planning is the use of time; the directive should develop their knowledge to perform efficiently his tasks. The directors complain systematically about lack of time to complete their functions and they are overloaded of work. The objective of this article is to give recommendations to improve planning, organization and the use of time as special dimensions of the competence for planning in the professional pedagogic activity of educational management.
