Intelligent tools for the improvement of the recommendations in the Tourism

Introduction: The personalization of products in the tourist sector has acquired great relevance due to the growing demand of experiences to measure on the part of the tourists. Objective: to develop of a recommendation computer software to improve the services offered in the hotel Mojito of Cayo Coco, Cuba. Method: For that reason, through the use of data mining tools, machine learning and Natural Language Processing, the system is able to generate recommendations personalized for the tourists, optimizing its experience when selecting activities and services inside the hotel destinations. Results: The results demonstrate that the application of these technologies increases the precision and relevance of the recommendations, at the end, it contributes to the user's bigger satisfaction and the competitiveness of the destination. Conclusion: This investigation contributes a significant advance to the use of the artificial intelligence in the hotel sector, promoting a bigger efficiency in the administration of tourist services and favoring the sustainable development of the sector.
