The Administration of the Knowledge in Function of the Group for the Attention to the Demographic Dynamics

Abstract

The article approaches the main ones problematic that were presented in the Administration of the Knowledge in function of the Group for the Attention to the Demographic Dynamics in the municipality Moron. On this base he/she thinks about the characterization of the municipality and the main problems of the Group for the Attention to the Demographic Dynamics that allowed to perfect their work in function of offering the opportunity of new knowledge for the administration toward the change of mentality in correspondence with the functions that develop. The foundations of the dialectical-materialistic conception are assumed that facilitate the application of different methods and technical of the theoretical and empiric level. The proposal had as objective to elaborate an action plan for the Administration of the Knowledge in Function of the Group for the Attention to the Demographic Dynamics in the Municipality Moron that was distinguished to offer the design of the Plan Action, directed to the operation of the group that not includes new actions carried out from the practice. He/she intends proceeding to carry out the diagnosis, the selection of the actions and the preparation of the group that contribute to the improvement of this process.
