Transformação digital nas organizações de ensino superior: estrutura intelectual, conceitual e social

Resumo

Introdução: os avanços tecnológicos e sociais, derivados do uso massivo das tecnologias da informação e comunicação, estão transformando todos os setores, e a educação não é uma exceção. As organizações educacionais devem adotar a Transformação Digital (TD) para enfrentar a nova realidade sociocultural, ambiental e econômica atual. Objetivo: analisar a estrutura intelectual, conceitual e social da transformação digital nas organizações educacionais. Metodologia: foi realizado um estudo utilizando várias técnicas bibliométricas. Resultados: a estrutura intelectual da bibliografia revela três temas: um mais teórico que explora a TD nas Instituições de Ensino Superior, alertando que ela é mais do que um conjunto de ferramentas digitais; um segundo grupo aponta para as três dimensões da TD: tecnológica, pedagógica e organizacional; o terceiro grupo analisa a implementação prática da TD e a importância de gerir as pessoas no processo. Conclusão: na estrutura temática, destacam-se também três grupos: o de fundamentos teóricos e conceituais, que revela a COVID-19 como o principal fator desencadeante da TD; o segundo grupo investiga o processo de aprendizagem através do ensino digital; e o terceiro destaca a importância da gestão da mudança cultural.
