Experiencias docentes y factores organizacionales vinculados con la productividad investigativa en una universidad de Montería, Colombia

Introducción: las actividades de producción científica de los docentes universitarios constituyen actualmente un tema prioritario, debido a que se han observado tendencias institucionales que afectan este índice, de ahí la necesidad de ejecutar un estudio que contribuya de forma positiva a desarrollar y visualizar esta temática. Objetivo: explorar las experiencias del profesorado y el entorno organizacional en términos de productividad investigativa en una universidad de Montería en Colombia. Método: se desarrolló un estudio con enfoque cualitativo descriptivo y comprensivo, todo ello a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, cuya población objetivo-secundaria fueron los docentes universitarios. Resultados: la productividad investigativa no constituye un resultado exclusivamente individual ni puede explicarse únicamente por la motivación, la formación o la trayectoria profesional del docente. Conclusión: se considera pertinente continuar profundizando en aspectos relacionados de manera directa con el presente tema, ya que constituye un eje prioritario en lo que a investigación escrita se refiere, todo esto teniendo en cuenta que la ciencia se construye, en gran medida, a partir de dicha producción, por lo que fomentar acciones organizadas desde las institucionales debe ser una tarea elemental a seguir para garantizar un mayor grado de cientificidad.
