The management of the pedagogical professional training of the beginner university professorship
Abstract
The need of the management of the pedagogical professional training to the professorship at the university, from the teacher’s department, is a reality universally accepted at the XXI century. At the Medical Science University of Ciego de Avila there are certain limitations in the management of the pedagogical professional training of the beginner professorship from the teacher’s department particularly in the determination of their formatives needs. This work aims characterize the needs of the pedagogical professional training of the beginner professorship at the Nursery Major; by means of methods such as: document analysis, survey and interview. The investigation process it was corroborated that the beginner professorship at the Nursery Major has some pedagogical formation needs related to the teaching methodological competences, which are deeply detailed in this article.
